Lenovo Lenny’s sales incentive
COVID-19 meant that Lenovo Sales Performance Incentive Fund (SPIF) days, which are held on Partner premises, were put on hold. But Lenovo still wanted to create brand empathy, drive sales and reward channel sales staff. They asked WorksMC to come up with a solution. Fast. WorksMC created ‘Live from Lenny’s’ – an entertaining, light-hearted online quiz show offering Partners the chance to win prizes. It was ready to go in a matter of days. Each month, Partner Account Managers invite Partners who hit their sales targets to join Lenny’s quiz show. The Account Managers, dressed in a sparkly jacket and hat, are the hosts. And because WorksMC also handles the tax payable on incentives on behalf of Lenovo with HMRC, the prizes are free of tax to the winners.
