Prudential award winning internal comms

Prudential wanted to evaluate the effectiveness of the materials they used to communicate with their Sales teams. An extensive audit highlighted what worked and what didn’t – and gave directions for improvement. A new suite of materials was produced, resulting in positive feedback from Sales, increased open/click through rates for emails, and increased access to intranet content.
