Lenovo and Intel SPIF days
A SPIF (Sales Performance Incentive Fund) day is an engaging sales team incentive event that aims to boost results and increase staff performance by creating a fun yet challenge based environment for sales teams. It involves sales staff competing to win prizes by achieving set targets over a full working day. We create and manage upto 20 of these days a quarter for Lenovo and their Platinum Channel Partners to promote, and drive sales for their Intel based Think products. During Jan – March 2019 our SPIF day activity generated over 5,000% ROI. In addition we achieved an average satisfaction rating of 4.8/5.0 across 5 metrics and 93 responses.
